Data Collection & Use: We collect your name, contact details, and appointment history to manage your bookings and provide our services.

Health & Safety (Special Category Data): We collect information regarding allergies, skin/nail conditions, and medical history. This is mandatory for your safety and to comply with our professional insurance requirements.

Booking System (Setmore): We use Setmore as our third-party booking provider. Your data is stored on their secure servers to facilitate appointments and send automated SMS/email reminders.

International Data Transfers: Setmore is a US-based provider. By using this service, your data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. We ensure this is done under strict data processing agreements that meet UK GDPR standards.

Minors: We do not provide services to, or collect data from, individuals under the age of 18 without a parent or legal guardian present.

Social Media & Photography: We may ask to take photos of your nails for our portfolio. We only do this with your consent, and you can request the removal of these images at any time.

Data Retention: We are legally required by our insurers and HMRC to retain treatment and consultation records for 7 years. After this period, your data will be securely destroyed.

Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your data (where it does not conflict with our 7-year legal retention obligations).
